1. Course Access & License of Use

• Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not share, sell, distribute, copy, or otherwise make the materials available to others.

2. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including but not limited to videos, scripts, prompts, templates, frameworks, guides, and downloadable resources, are proprietary intellectual property owned by J.Bridges, LLC. 

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or derivative works based on the course materials is strictly prohibited.

• Any violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund, and legal action including but not limited to cease-and-desist enforcement.

3. Refund Policy

• We stand behind the quality of this program. That’s why we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked full refund from the date of purchase.

• After 7 days, all sales are final due to the proprietary nature of the materials provided.

4. Technology & Access Requirements

• Course access is hosted via Kajabi. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the required internet connection, device, and software to participate.

• We are not responsible for technical limitations on your end.

5. Disclaimer of Results

• This course provides education, frameworks, and tools based on Brett Jansen's expertise. We do not guarantee specific financial, professional, or business outcomes.

• Your success depends on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances. 

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law,J.Bridges, LLC (Brett Jansen) shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the course or materials.

• You agree to hold harmless J.Bridges, LLC (Brett Jansen), its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability related to your participation.

7. Community Conduct (if applicable)

• If the course includes access to a community (Kajabi Community), you agree to engage respectfully and professionally.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, abuse, or conduct that disrupts the community experience.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida.

• Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in the state of Florida, United States. 

9. Updates to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available at checkout and will apply to all future access.
