I've spent over 15 years building and leading go-to-market strategies in healthcare — from scrappy early-stage startups to industry giants. I've built sales engines from scratch, advised VC-backed companies preparing for their next funding round, and sat in the C-suite leading teams and GTM playbooks across complex, regulated markets.

My expertise spans sales, marketing, and growth across high-growth companies, and I've developed a reputation for helping founders unlock their first sales and scale their revenue engines. I've also become deeply immersed in AI applications for business, building a library of over 4,000 prompts and training executives to leverage AI for immediate, practical wins.

But my "why" didn't start in a boardroom. It started in a hospital room — more than once.

As a patient with stage 4 endometriosis, I've experienced firsthand how broken the healthcare system really is. The dismissals, the delays, the constant fight to be heard — navigating care wasn't just exhausting, it was dehumanizing. That experience gave me more than a diagnosis. It gave me perspective, grit, and an unwavering commitment to fix what's not working.

That young man in the middle of this picture is my late grandfather, aka Pappy. He lived with multiple comorbidities and required complex care the system never provided. I carried the guilt of that failure. We had family who could advocate, research, and fight for him. But I kept thinking: What happens to the people who don't have that? That question led me to launch Bridges Care Navigation — helping families navigate post-acute care with clarity and confidence, even in moments of crisis.

Now, I bring all of it together:

The operator mindset.

The patient lens.

And the fire to make healthcare better —

not just more profitable.

Today, my work spans multiple areas:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Helping healthcare founders and growth-stage companies build revenue engines that scale
  • AI Training & Implementation: Teaching executives to leverage AI tools for immediate business impact through courses and cohort programs
  • Care Navigation: Supporting families through Bridges Care Navigation when healthcare gets complicated
  • Thought Leadership: Sharing insights on LinkedIn and building community around better healthcare and smarter business practices

Whether I'm helping a founder close their first enterprise sale, training a C-suite team to implement AI workflows, or guiding a family through a healthcare crisis, it all ties back to the same mission: make healthcare personal, and make business work for people again.

And I'll never stop fighting for that.
